The software, original source code, proprietary systems, branding, interfaces, workflows, and other original intellectual property developed specifically for Michigan Real Estate AI are owned or controlled by Brendan Ecker and/or Brendan Ecker Realty, except for third-party software, APIs, libraries, data, trademarks, and services incorporated into or used by the platform.

Michigan Real Estate AI is separate from The Perna Team, Birmingham Real Estate, and Paul Mychalowych. Those parties do not own Michigan Real Estate AI solely by virtue of Brendan Ecker's professional affiliation with them.

Nothing on Michigan Real Estate AI should be interpreted as stating or implying that The Perna Team, Birmingham Real Estate, Paul Mychalowych, or any other affiliated real estate organization developed or owns the Michigan Real Estate AI software unless expressly stated otherwise.
