Refund Policy

At Brendan Ecker Realty, we are committed to providing professional real estate services and high-quality resources. This Refund Policy explains our practices regarding commissions, services, and digital products.

1. Real Estate Commissions & Professional Services

  • All real estate services provided by Brendan Ecker Realty are offered through Keller Williams Lakeside, Shelby Township, MI.

  • Compensation for brokerage services (including commissions and fees) is determined at the time of signing a listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, or other service contract.

  • Compensation is earned and payable upon the successful closing of a real estate transaction, in accordance with Michigan law and Keller Williams Lakeside brokerage policies.

  • Once services have been rendered or a transaction has closed, no refunds or retroactive adjustments will be issued.

  • Any exceptions or adjustments must be made in writing and are subject to approval by both Brendan Ecker Realty and Keller Williams Lakeside.

  • Nothing in this policy alters your rights under Michigan law or any consumer protections that may apply.

2. Digital Products (PDFs, Guides, and Downloadable Materials)

  • Purchases of digital products, including but not limited to study guides, PDFs, templates, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once the product has been accessed, opened, or delivered.

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of purchase by contacting team@brendaneckerrealty.com.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues or provide a replacement file if needed.

  • Refunds for digital products will only be issued in cases of duplicate purchase or if required by law.
